This Other Eden – Returns Policy

We hope you love your order from This Other Eden, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return or exchange most items within the timeframes below — just make sure everything is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

In-Store Purchases

If you purchased your item in-store, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or a credit note to spend in-store, provided your item is returned in a saleable condition and within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges or credit notes after this period.

If you purchased your item online and it isn’t quite right—or if it arrives faulty or damaged—you can follow the simple steps below to request an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving your order. After 28 days, we’re unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund.

Please note that any damage caused during delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with supporting photographs.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable.

Returns – How to Return an Online Order

If your item isn’t quite what you wanted — or if it arrives faulty or damaged — you can return it for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.

After 28 days, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Returning an item is easy:

  1. Email us at hello@thisothereden.shop to let us know you’d like to return your item.

  2. Include your receipt or proof of purchase in your email.

  3. If your item is damaged or faulty, please attach clear photos and a short description of the issue.

  4. Carefully repackage your item and send it to:

You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, in which case we’ll arrange a collection at no cost to you.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund. Credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Please ensure all items are checked upon delivery. Any defects must be reported within 24 hours, as we can’t replace or refund items reported after this period.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Credit will be applied to your original payment method; however, your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the credit on your statement.

If your purchase was made with a gift card or credit note, your refund will be issued as store credit only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Until your return reaches us, it remains your responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

For items valued over £50, we especially recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or design, please email us at hello@thisothereden.com.

You’ll need to cover the shipping cost to return your original item, and an additional delivery charge will apply for your replacement item before dispatch.

For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Please note: while we take great care to ensure our products are represented accurately, handmade or natural materials may feature slight colour or texture variations—these are part of their unique charm.

Checking Your Delivery

Please ensure all items are checked upon delivery.
If there are any defects, please notify us within 24 hours.
We’re unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this timeframe.
